Hi, I really really want a PS2 emmulator for my MacBook (basic £750 one), not an emmulator that uses roms one that you use the actually game disks for (i'm not sure if emmulator is the word).

If there is not such a thing are there any other good emmulators (with roms) for other systems like N64, DS, GBA, PSONE, GC or Xbox?

There are no useable emulators for Xbox, Gamecube or PS2. Other systems can be emulated but it is illegal to download and run them (unless they're homebrew), but even then using BIOS files for emulation is very illegal. So I hear. Which is why I recommended eBay as systems prior to Xbox, GC and PS2 are very cheap there.
