Encoding 1080p with HB - Stuttering audio issue

Download and run mediainfo on the problem file and post the full results so we can take a look and see if anything is wrong with the file, an encode log from Handbrake would also be nice.

Everything looks ok from the mediainfo report, what version of Handbrake are you using? If you're not using the latest nightly then try that.

I am using 0.9.5, which is apparently the latest version.

No, 0.9.5 is the last stable version and is very old now, January 2011 I think. Grab the latest nightly version from:-

https://build.handbrake.fr/view/Nightlies/

The nightly versions are much better that 0.9.5 in terms of speed and they fix lots of bugs.
