i did a search for it on eBay last week and i couldn't find it :(

I did the same thing! I searched eBay for every term I could think of that would be associated with it.

Then it hit me!

Duh! It's in Britain! So, I went to ebay.co.uk (instead of eBay.com), and my first search brought it up.

So, lesson learned. If it's British, search the British ebay!

I wonder if the new owner had to "drive" it home? From what I understand those drilling worms once they met in the middle of the channel were then aimed off to the side and left buried, "being to expensive to even dismantle and ship out...." Guess someone got hard up for cash ;)

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't win the bid. Realize how much you wanted the drill. Hopefully you will quickly recover. :D
