I am looking for a terabyte external Firewire 800 drive for my Mac mini. I want firewire so I can utilize the port and faster speeds, and free up a USB port. I have been looking for the past two days and there aren't that many with that connector for the price I like. One thing I noticed was the older, Western Digital MyBook Studio 1TB. There are a few on ebay and one on amazon, but they are all refurbs. Has anyone had any experience with refurb WD products? Thanks in advance!
