Extending iTunes rental times

    I'm actually REALLY glad they incorporated something like this; little things come up all the time preventing you from finishing a movie and it's nice to know that 4 bucks aren't going to waste.

    Someone at MacMinute reported a week ago that this does work on your computer, not just your iPod. Which makes it sound intentional to me, rather than a hole to be plugged. They didn't want people to ever get cut off in the middle of a playing movie.

    So you have 30 days to start the movie. And then once started, 24 hours to start it again as often as you like. And once started within that time, even if at the last minute, you have forever to finish it :) If you're interrupted the first night, just hit Pause. Evidently it will be waiting for you days later.
