anyone tried this? i can't find any decent sites that have tried it. only "we can hope that it works" type sites. plus i don't want to bother registering on the psp forums.

most places say the firmware can only read up to 4gigs, but FAT32 can read up to 120gigs (or whatnot), sorry i haven't been keeping up with hardware.

    Thanks.

so...i CAN store music on the mass HD, like for example, "keep it in the car for a media storage"? is that through USB or msduo?

if so, grand. i'm getting a psp.

i'm not quite sure how it shows up on there (i think it just treats it as a psedo-memory stick duo with a bigger capacity) but i'm pretty sure you'd just format it as normal then put all your songs in the appropriate folders
