I was going to say you should edit your link since the word "Comes" is accidently tacked onto it, but hey, the page loads anyway. Go eBay servers.

Just FYI, only 1 of the many pics on the auction page actually load. Apparently, you've exceeded your bandwidth limit ;) : http://www.geocities.com/pismomonkey2/ipod/DVC00381.JPG

Hehe, that's my old iPod that I sold to you. There goes my baby. LOL! Sentimental value - but I'm not buying it back for more than you paid me for it. LOL Glad to see you're making a profit on eBay, or at least breaking even. ;)

    It says WAV, not WMA.

is it legal to sell the ipod with the music? i mean, whats the difference to selling the music over the internet? not that i really care but is it wise to advertise this on ebay?

For all intents and purposes, no it's not legal at all. I'm sure there's some way to make it legal but more than likely, you're getting songs that you don't have the rights to....but just because it's illegal doesn't mean anybody will stop doing it let alone anything happening on ebay because of it.
