Hi Forum,

I have a macbook as listed in the sig. Every time I visit the Facebook website, iStat show me that 25 percent of my CPU is taken up, and my system feels slower. If the site is open, all of the RAM is slowly being consumed by a process called safari web material. When the RAM is full, safari crashes or my system freezes.

Why is this happening, and only happening on the facebook site. Do any of one have similar problems? I have 10.8.2, Safari 6.0.2 and all other system software is up to date.

Thank you!
