Facetime problem on iphone 4 running ios 7

I can't place a facetime call since i updated to ios 7. Same thing happens when trying to make facetime audio calls. Says connecting....and nothing happens.

Have you checked in settings if the FT and iMessage is activated or not? many folks, including myself had lot of issues trying to activate the FT.

I got mine activate after trying for nearly 24 hours.

yes both facetime and imessage are activated. i don't know what is going on.

Hi there,

I have exactly the same problem on my iPhone 4. Facetime continuous to say "connecting" but nothing happens. My Macbook Pro can call up all other Apple devices in the family (iPad2, iPhone 5) but not the iPhone 4. I have tried all recommended "fixes" but nothing works.
