Long story short Apple ruined my computer during a repair they replaced it.

So the replacement turned out to be faulty!

It gets so hot sometimes I cannot hold it. It also freezes when it gets so hot. The caps lock and numb lock keys stop working sometimes and the sleep light stats on the whole time sometimes (I have a picture proving it) So I took it in and Apple were like we have no evidence this is happening and basically denied there was a problem with it. So I left the next day I went in got a MB which turned out to be faulty and had to be replaced and the replacement has the loose screen bezel and I leave the old computer in to be diagnosed the next morning they call me and tell me there is no problem and I should collect it and there was nothing to fix What should I do now.

    Thanks

i would suggest you tell them what you are doing while it overheats. those are classic signs of overheating you stated above. however, it is hard to replicate sometimes. also it could just be a fan going out and just plan moving it around might have jogged it into place and working again. it also could be location specific. there is a lot variables. you need to give them more info about exactly what you are doing where are you doing it etc. just saying i use my notebook and it gets hot doesn't help anybody. pictures don't prove anything. if someone sent me a picture saying there computer was overheating and I didn't see some type of log saying it did. i wouldn't believe it.
