While I really do encourage people to exercise their right to vote, this was my favorite political bumper sticker of all time. It was from the last presidential election.

300 million people in the US and I have to choose between elephant crap and donkey sh*t. No thank you, I'll pass.

Full disclosure: some of these are mine :) :

Of course it hurts. You're getting screwed by an elephant. (with picture of GOP elephant)

    Which religion is God?

(picture of Democratic donkey) We kick elephant.

So...how's that W (oval W logo) thing goin'?

    Bush deserves a fair trial.

(picture of Dem. donkey kicking GOP elephant) Mission Accomplished.

(no text, just a picture of the GOP elephant being followed by a bunch of little sheep)

    (W logo) Wtf?

I hated Bush before it was cool.

    Bush is a Christian...and I have a two-foot ****.

(picture of Bush looking confused) I can't keep the lies straight in my head.

Empty the prisons. Make room for the Bush administration.

No, seriously. Why did we invade Iraq?

    Buck Fush.

this was never followed through on, but the idea was to seek out cars with the bumper sticker: "The answer is Jesus"

... and place another sticker to its left: "Who is your favorite fictional character?"

Now you're asking for oldies. After Nixon died, there was a brief revival of the slogan, "President Nixon: Now More than Ever." A few years later (probably the next national election year), I remember seeing the bumper sticker, "President Nixon: Tanned, Ready and Rested."

Not a bumper sticker but I two t-shirts I bought say:

Who Would Jesus Bomb? (I wear it to the mall on Sundays :) )

    and

    I Voted for Pedro

For bumper stickers I'm fond of the FSM fish. And "Focus On Your Own Damn Family"

I own one of these. Thought it was an absolute riot, and I 100% intend to slap it on my next car.

my personal favorite, showcased by my AP English teacher above his doorway:

"Don't steal, the government hates competition"

Nixon campaign slogan, 1968: "Nixon's the One!"

Waggish campaign slogan, four years later: "Nixon was the one in '68. He'll be an even bigger one in '72."

Those posters with a bag over his head -- I've got a couple of them somewhere in deep storage.

Ha. I'd forgotten that one! :)
