Fax sending program for mac?

This may be a dumb question but on my PC I was able to send faxes via the modem with fax software that was in it.

Can I do this with with ibook? I know it has a modem but I have not seen any software in it that looks like a fax program.

Are there any downloadable ones out there? That would work?
I dont want to buy something for one fax..lol

Forget about the modem is my advice. I recommend eFax. You can try it for 30 days absolutely free. After that, I bet you subscribe.

Check the Print dialog box for just about any program. In the PDF drop-down button in the lower left corner, you should see an option for "Fax PDF..."

What he said. On older versions of OSX, it's "print as fax".
