FBI possibly bugged philadelphia mayor's office

    politically motivated? or criminal investigation? i wonder when we'll find out.

    Yes they did plant the bug and they did know that the Philadelphia police routinly sweep the mayors office for bugs. Whatever their reason they have to realize that it has political implications. Pretty tactless.

    Street was always pushing things on city council for the better (I think), but he always seemed pretty straightforward. Katz, on the other hand, likes the idea of adding to his prizes, including the position of mayor. It wouldn't be surprising to me that he would have friends bug the office in order to get his prize. He has no genuine interest in Philadelphians.

    Yeah, it wouldn't be like the Republicans would think of bugging someone's office or anything in order to gain a politcal advantage.
    They have morals and stuff.
