I got the same screen that came up last year with the FaceTime over cellular, except this time for iTunes radio on an AT&T iPhone 5.

"Additional fees may apply when using cellular data for iTunes Radio, iTunes Match, and Automatic Downloads."

Anyone else get this?

Means, if you go over your bandwith, there may be charges.

Basically it's a legal disclaimer saying "We're not paying for your data, so be careful"

ah, I would be a bit put off if something like FaceTime happened again.

I wonder how much data it uses vs. Pandora, Spotify, etc.

It's pretty easy to find out if you just track your daily cellular data usage. I've found I can use iHeart Radio for ~200 hours a month - far more than the 40 hour maximum I've used it for in a moth.
