I remember for the SNES that FF3 was two-player, where one could choose exactly which players were controlled by whom, and FF2 was as well, except it was more of a any controller controls any character deal. Does anyone know from first hand experience if this multiplayer feature was maintained in the Playstation releases of the games? Thanks!

The back of the box for Anthology shows both FFV and FFVI are two player. It appears the feature made its way to the PS releases. The only gripe I have about the PS versions of FF is the menus and some other screens have longer load times than they did on the SNES versions.

Square did a very nice job with FF IV and V and Chrono Trigger. I thought they kinda butchered FF VI though, with slow load times and draggy menus.
