    Hol-eee crap.

    Remember the TV series The Prisoner? There was one episode in which people who were disloyal to "The Village" were rounded up, tortured and put on TV to "confess".

    What a chilling way for life to imitate art. :eek:

    And, uh, are we to believe that the U.S. government has absolutely nothing to do with this program? That it's a totally Iraqi creation?

    John Negroponte has a lot of useful experience in this kind of organized nastiness: I bet he's been giving them a few tips. Probably why he was sent there in the first place.
