Favicons display for me in the URL field and on tabs, but they don't show in the bookmarks toolbar or the bookmarks menu. Is there a setting to activate those? I recall that they do display on the Windows version.

They show up by default in Camino. so I wouldn't think there'd be any option for it in Firefox.

I think it's the theme Firefox uses that decide if favicons should be displayed in the menu bar or not, and the default theme has not enabled this. Browse through the themes and see if you don't find one you like that will do this. :)

I'm using the Noia 2.0 theme, it shows the favicons on the menu bar and the bookmarks. Maybe you should search around to find a theme that you like.
