As anyone investigated the possibilty of creating a firmware patch for the macbook pros that would allow for more ram to be used with the system? During peak volley of comments between CD and C2D users, I recall a discussion about firmware changes to increase RAM potential. I may be a dreamer, considering I don't know much about Mac/computer architecture, but I feel this should be pursued.
