The republicans hold the majority in the legislature and the Governor's mansion so you figure it out.

The public schools are such a waste of time that getting out a year early can be very beneficial.

My junior year I fulfilled my high school graduation requirements and went to community college. From there I am taking a number of college level classes before I go on to a 4-year university. When I hit a 4-year University I will have the equivalent of an early year of college, I will be able to test out of most freshman courses and will have a lot fewer classes to take. Hell, I could even get an associate degree before I go to University if I take some summer classes.

    **** senior year milestones

He signed it, but he asked us earlier to re-consider this vote and the one on high-speed rail linking the major cities.

There are also AP classes, although they don't prepare you for college, they do give you credit. But yes, senior year is a JOKE.

My senior year was the best. I actually DID something with all the free time that ate me alive (yearbook, playing guitar in the courtyard, etc.). I would have preferred to skip my sophomore year. What a drag that was.

Of course, given my schedule, I suppose I started my senior year in my junior year. I was below the minimum yearly requirement both junior and senior year! :D
