"For You" playlists not updating

Hi, my "For you" playlists on apple music have been the same for over a week. This isn't normal right? They're also different on my mac and on my phone. I think it happened when I updated to El Cap. Any thoughts on what I should do about this? Anyone else out there who's noticed this behavior? Let me know I'm not alone.

I had that for a while – they stopped updating on my desktop (I think iTunes 12.3 did it). I had to restart the Mac to get them to update. No idea with the phone.
