FoxTrot does Spotlight one (or two) better

    This is something that may be worth it. I like the way it sounds. I wonder if Apple will try to implement these features into Spotlight with Leopard.

    spotlight doesn't need more features... it just needs to actually work! :rolleyes: :p

    Not hoping anything negative towards CTM, but FoxTrot may turn out to be an ephemeral product that's eventually superseded by future Spotlight development (e.g. more pervasively integrated with OS X than a third party product of this kind will ever be). Already, Spotlight's near-real-time indexing seems superior to FoxTrot's scheduled indexing (which doesn't scale as well).
