I cracked up when I saw it...
that's awesome. that girl had some serious spunk. nice work, g4scott
Beautiful. I wonder how many people actually got the strip though. But ain't it great that Ellen Feiss is now a cultural icon,...for the time being.
That was hilarious. The sad part is that only about 10% of the people reading it will get it.
Oh, that's quite funny - was that published in newspapers or only online? It still amazes me about all the extra publicity and attention this one girl had on the whole thing. She probably did more for the switch campaign than the whole thing put together. I'm wondering now if the Apple people saw the clip and saw it for what it was going to be or they just got lucky?
It was published in newspapers duke.
I seem to remember a good one from a while back that had the nerdy kid complaining that their new "iFruit" was too easy to use but then became ecstatic when he saw how needlessly difficult it was to install RAM.
I reckon they knew... I don't think they'd put such a stoner on TV advertising Macs unless they knew it would be so well received. That said, I don't think they could have predicted this much extra publicity because of her.
That's a great comic
