Hey, I have a PowerMac 8100 A/V that I got for free at a swap meet in January. I haven't been able to use it, I don't have the right video cables.

I also have a whole box of just _STUFF_ that goes with it. Symantec anti-virus, yada yada yada.

If anyone wants, it IT'S FREE. I'm tired of it taking up space! Just pay SHIPPING.

the computer itself weighs 25 pounds, so picking it up in Houston may be the way to go if you want it. Paying $31 to get it to Brooklyn (woo woo, estimate shipping!) for a PowerMac worth $70 is kind of .. EEhhhhh.

If anyone wants it, PLEASE TAKE IT!!!!

    PM me, IM, email, whatever.

Hugs 'n' Love, Please take the PowerMac,
    KT

You may also want to try putting this on applefritter.com, if you haven't already. I know there's lots of people there that collect and use older Macs for different things.

HOMERJWAD- If you rEALLY want it, you could come pick it up at Houston Galleria Apple store (or parking lot). Think of it as a pretty sweet roadtrip. :p

Heh, the 8100 A/V is the only NuBus PowerMac.

How do you go about putting a PCI video card into a NuBus slot?? ;)
I don't think PCI would be fast enough to run Core Image, anyway. It can't even run Quartz Extreme fast enough.
