Does anybody know where I can find a free and fairly good Windows emulator? Just enough to run applications like Microsoft Word and such. It's only temporary until I can afford to buy Office for Mac.

Or use AppleWorks for a while. :)

It's not a great program, but it's far better than an emulator.

If it's mainly Word you miss, you could also checkout the free AbiWord. Very nice application. :)

    Great programs everybody!

However, I also need a replacement for Microsoft Excel, so does anyone have a recommendation for something free?

beaten by the mods. (I'll play nice, no Warez)

the answer to your question "Can I get a Free Windows Emulator?" is no.

However as others have pointed out, there are numerous other free office style apps.
