freecell minesweeper tetris

    Whilst my degree work will probably benefit, I might miss these games :D . Can anyone point me in the direction of a download site for them to run them on macs.

    You could also try the apple website. There are a lot of these sort of games in the form of widgets too which I quite like.

    for Tetris, I use GlenTris. "Quinn" is supposedly a more accurate version, but it's not Universal.

    I had this problem, and even made a thread about minesweeper. It is now run in parallels, as I'm just not too fond of the mac versions...

    My favourite is the XP version, then the Vista version. After them it is surprisingly the one that comes with Ubuntu Linux (this is the BEST with a trackpad)

    I think the best version of minesweeper was on Win95. After that they made eac square smaller. I caught the wrong buttons too often, I found it almost impossible to get under 10 seconds for Easy, or 100 for Hard on the later versions.
