i, can anyone help me with this problem:

Software that can save the system prefrences of the mac - and let anyone meddle around with them, change anything they like, etc. Then, you shut down the mac, and start it up and its back to normal - back to the last saved state.

Or perhaps not necessarily shut down, but just has a 'jump back to last good state' option?

In a shop that sells Apples they said they'd had trouble with people coming in and changing loads of things, and that if they can just jump back to when it's all good - then it'll solve their problem.

One guy had heard of something- but didnt know the name and said it was freeware.

Has anyone got any ideas! - Only found 'TinkerTool' so far, and that's not really it at all!

    Many many thanks, in advance.

    Nick.

Well, what you could do is download silver keeper, and create a backup image of your hard drive. Then, schedule the progam to copy that image every night. That would remove all the changes, but im sure there is an easier way to do this.
