I'm calling the cops
Just backed up all my stuff to an external drive and my 300gb drive(internal). Can I do a fresh install and only wopie my 80gb boot drive?

I think I understand you. If you're doing an Erase & Install, it'll only erase the drive you're installing the OS onto.

Why do you want to reinstall OSX though? :)

Messed up some things in the Library by accident and some other stuff.

Which Library? If it's the user library then you can just create a new user account and migrate your data over to it. It's safer and quicker.

If you really want to reinstall OSX, then I recommend an Archive & Install because theoretically you won't lose any data. It'll put your current system aside and install a new one next to it. You can then navigate your old system like any folder in OSX and get any necessary data back from it. :)
