    they are going for $499 refurbished. If you were looking to go lower than that I may be interested. Let me know if you decide to sell.

    well, thats also plus tax and yes i know you get a year warranty w/ apple but i paid alot for this monitor a year ago, id like to to get 475$ possibly 450$ shipped

    Agreed.

    $450 is also a long shot. Tax is negligible when you factor in the fact that I get a year of warranty. In MA, it'd be $525, $75 difference not large enough to make me go used.

    Sorry, but you were screwed by Apple's price drops.

    Yeah the price difference is minimal and some states don't even have sales tax. The warranty alone is worth $100 easily to many people because if yours breaks the day they get it, they're screwed, out $xxx (whatever it sells for)

    If they buy FRU, they can just get a new one.

    try craigslist. you'll likely come close to your asking price. ~$450-475.
