    This is probably a not so hot deal for ppl from the US, but there are some CDN lurkers here.. so i'll still post it.

    Up for sale is my BTO 15” Powerbook (Rev. D – does not have the lines issue) - Still under warranty.

    Warranty until March 25, 2006

    1.67Ghz PowerPC G4 Processor

    And everything else that comes with the Powerbook.

    Comes with EVERYTHING IN BOX

    Also, I have lots of stuff that I’m going to be selling with the Powerbook
    MX900 – Bluetooth Mouse
    Apple Wireless Keyboard
    Iskin – Keyboard Protector
    15” Powerbook Spare Battery – UNUSED

    By the way, will you be selling a gig of ram if the powerbook purchasee doesn't want it filled with 2 gigs because I would like very much to get it.

    Right now, i have no offers for the Powerbook :(
    So unless i get a decent offer for the Powerbook...
    I'm not parting any of it. If i do decide to keep it, i would prefer to have everything.

    The MX900 does not require the USB cradle for it to work. As long as you have built in BT on your PB or iBook, it'll work perfectly fine without the cradle. I just use the cradle for charging.

    I'll contact the people in the post if i decide to part out.

    Thanks

    Seems kind of expensive as I can get a 15" online for $2199 CND, sure there's tax, but it's also new. There isn't much difference in the prices between the US and Canada when you take exchange rates into account as well, so I don't know if it's a deal for anyone there either. I can't image you'd get more than $2000 for the 512MB set up. Just my 2¢

    I'm offering a better deal if whoever is interested in buying the entire setup.

    And good for you if you can get it for $2200. The Powerbook lists for $2400 + tax. Not everyone is eligable for education discount.

    If you take into consideration all the accessories i'm offering..
    It exceeds the price i'm asking

    2GB of OEM Samsung Ram - $250CDN per stick = $500CDN
    MX900 – Bluetooth Mouse - $70CDN
    Apple Wireless Keyboard - $40 CDN
    Iskin – Keyboard Protector $25 CDN
    15” Powerbook Spare Battery – UNUSED - $130 CDN
    Waterfield 15” Sleeve – www.sfbags.com - $60 CDN
    Antec USB notebook cooler – loose connection but works $FREE$
    Shure E4C - $250 CDN

    Let do the math,
    $825 without the earphones, $1075 with.
    And i listed most of the items at market price and not retail price.

    So you can take your threadcrapping elsewhere :eek:

    I understand where you're coming from, I would want to get the most for my stuff too, but I wouldn't want to see someone get a bad deal if they went for just the powerbook. As you said, if you go for the whole package it's a good deal, but a little steep for just the PB. Hopefully you'll find someone who wants the whole thing. :)

    Price dropped again

    Powerbook w/512mb of RAM - $2300CDN -> $2200CDN -> $2100 CDN
    Powerbook w/512mb of RAM and everything else $2600CDN -> $2500CDN -> $2400 CDN

    Powerbook w/2GB of RAM - $2700 CDN-> $2600CDN -> $2500 CDN
    Powerbook w/2GB of RAM and everything else $3000CDN -> $2900CDN -> $2800 CDN

    Shure E4c's that were FREE before with purchase of complete package ($2800) might be sold soon so i will give the buyer a sweet offer if they buy the complete package
