It is very likely that most of the people viewing this post already have a mac. Perhaps you should try ebay?

    its on ebay thanks fizzle.

alot of trading goes through these boards and if im looking to buy a new mac then places like this board are the first places i try as i know most of the people are trustworthy unlike ebay where you have 50/50 scams
plus ive given the guys on here a little discount :)

I'm not sure to be honest. I was going to have a look and see how it was doing on e bay and maybe place a bid.

I need to buy a new Powerbook, but was holding off till after crimbo. I use a 12" Rev A at the moment and the screen size and lack of a slot for a 3G card is a problem now I've recently changed job.

I'm just not sure mate. Where abouts in the UK do you live?

Definitely sounds a good deal... I got tempted on that blue iPod mini as am fed up with having to hold my iPod when jogging

Apart from that another nice way to get all us Brits into one thread :D

Al-Famous, if you haven't already, you may also want to put an ad up on craigslist.org. I don't know where in the UK you may be, but they have a few UK locales up there. :)

    Good luck.
