iPod Future ipod help

Hello,

I am itching to get a new ipod, presently have a 2G ipod, but I am not sure of the future releases. I do not want to buy one now and see in two months that a ipod/PDA/phone is available and would rather have that one...video is really not a big deal to me, so maybe a 4 gig nano?

Any thoughts or rumors of what the ipod line looks like in the next 3-4 months???

Buy whatever suits your needs and don't worry too much about the future. I wouldn't think a nano-replacement will be out for a while but I thought the same thing about Intel iMacs.

buy now. or you'll always be waiting. even when/if the iphone/pda comes out it'll only be another excuse to wait longer til the model with the built-in abdominizer arrives.

fyi, picked up the 30GB 5g video ipod last weekend...love it.
