When the warranty is over or if my hard drive ever breaks I would DEFINITELY get a huge hard drive and use my external as simply a direct backup. Drives arent too reliable, you can never be too careful.

Those Fujitsu drives are still only 4200RPM

Even better, Hitachi is expected to launch a 7200 RPM, 200 GB drive sometime in the first half of this year and a 5400 rpm 250 GB drive in the second half.
