G4 CUBE falls out of enclosure when upright..?

I just picked up my second G4 Cube. This one falls out of the enclosure when sitting upright, though, not a good thing.

Has anyone else ever had this problem? Is it a faulty handle?

The machine literally drops down when it is placed upright. It should lock into place inside the cube enclosure.
