I think a dual chip PB G4 is posible. It might only use two chips when plugged in, like PC notebooks only going at full speed when plugged in (to a power source).
Also one PC company has managed to fit a desktop pentium 3 chip into a portable, and everyone who uses PC's will know how hot the P3 gets. So it is not imposible to fit 2 G4 chips into a powerbook and have it not overheat.
