    Sorry if this has been discusse before, but I didn't find anything in the forums.

    I just looked at some pics of the new G5, an on the one you see at the end of this post, you see all the ports the G5 has... starting from the top, the first one is for an AirPort antenna I guess... does that mean the new models need an antenna? That'd blow... of well, I can live with that...
    But what is the port below? A port for a bluetooth antenna? Never heard of that one before... could somebody explain this to me? :D

    Apple says

    ...just found this on the Apple Tech Specs page:

    Build-to-Order Options...
    Wireless...
    ->Internal Bluetooth module with antenna

    So I guess the port is for a BT-antenna... but is there such a thing as a bluetooth antenna on any device out there?

    I HOPE it means you can add external antennae if you want greater range/reception than with the built in models.

    I know, for instance, that uni-directional antennae are great for extending range - especially on a desktop machine that won't be moving about.
