    Bring it on.

    If they say they want to claim a patent on 3D rendering, then Atari (or whoever owns them now) can drag out an old BattleZone arcade machine.

    Heck, I've got 3D games on my Apple II that do what this patent describes.

    Ironically, Tektronics doesn't exist anymore. HP bought them several years ago, so this isn't even about a company protecting its rights. It's just about a bottom-feeding lawfirm trying to get rich quick by filing a stack of frivolous suits.

    Did you notice how 3D chip makers like Intel, ATI and NVidia were not sued? Because those companies would bankrupt the lawfirm with the countersuits.
