Okay, I have my mac book, my tv, my dvd player, and my xbox 360 in my room. I want to know how to record gameplay from my 360 on either my dvd player or my laptop. Ideas?Links?

You could get an EyeTV model with Composite or S-video input (don't think there are component/HDMI models, I may be wrong though...) and get a splitter for composite or whatever you're using. Record to you're computer using EyeTV and play from the TV. There doesn't seem to be a way of playing on the computer without any latency yet.

In a cup of orange juice.
If you can record a TV show in your room you can record your 360, if not, then you're only options are to buy or borrow a solution. Anyone you know with a VCR, recordable DVD player, or a DVR that can share content with a comp?

PkennethV's suggestion is probably the best and most affordable solution to get the content onto your MacBook.
