Getting CGI and Perl to work on Mac OS X Apache

I've enabled the CGI and Perl modules and that, I changed my cgi-bin directory to Documents/cgi-bin/ but I still can't execute CGI or Perl files. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to change?

Have you read the the Apache webserving stuff here. It's always had the answers for me in the past...
