iPod Getting Songs from iPod to Computer (PC)

My brother has a PC, and something geeked out with his drivers for the ethernet card, and he had to format the hard drive to get back on the internet.

Anyhow, he has all his music from iTunes on his iPod, and he's wondering if there is a program (for Windows) that can download songs from an iPod back to the computer. I know there is one for Mac, because I've used it before, so I can only imagine there is a windows counterpart.
