I'm a .NET programmer and develop for the Windows platform. Since there is no .NET framework (yes, I'm aware of Mono) for OS X, I guess the next best thing is either Cocoa + Objective-C OR Java. While I prefer to use Java because of the syntax, it will not run at native speeds of Objective C. Plus, if I wanted to develop for the IPhone, I'd have to use Objective-C.

So, is there an IDE (like Visual Studio)? I'm guessing that Cocoa is the "framework" and Objective-C is the language it uses. Does the IDE support drag/drop GUI?
