I have a 100$ Mac App Store gift card that came with my computer when i bought it, it is still unopened. Could i bring it to apple and exchange it for a $100 Apple Store gift card?

No, but apply the credit to your iTunes account, and you can use it to buy accessories and stuff in the Apple store using the Apple Store app.
