Does anyone know where I can get a GPS (USB) module with map software for a macbook?
here you go...
honestly that ***** annoying, people have got to stop that
this is similar to indirectly calling a person a retard.
Or... the person could take ten seconds and go to this website:
and get their question answered.
Google Earth just announced the other day that they were now supporting GPS as part of the regular version, which is worth knowing if you have that installed already.
Agreed. Googling often gives a ton of answers but not educated opinions that are completely up-to-date. I Google everything before posting but still want to hear the opinions of people on this site. It's unfortunate that what we try to do on this forum is discourage people.
the first result in google was a thread on MacRumors for GPS.
i think it's important to encourage people to search before they post a new thread.
I wasn't specifically talking about this thread. I actually through "Mac GPS" into google and got some odd results. The key can be the exact terms you use.
Anyway, I'm not trying to start anything. I agree that people do not search enough but the flames are just unnecessary.
