Oh i dind't know I could get it on friday with my MSDN subscription, happy days :) , i take it you get 9 "development installs" and 1 "non development install" as per every other downloads on msdn (or is this 1 non development install only applicable to Office? I do forget but anyway)

I wouldn't really call that working.

But anyways, this is another argument for people that claim Microsoft is artificially pushing graphic limits to force hardware upgrades.

I wouldn't have thought Vista to run with aero on integrated graphics, though (wih 512 MB RAM total even)

Keyboard is just the sound/backlight keys, eject works. I don't really use/need bluetooth, and the sound can be installed by the mac os driver instaleler. It used to be that you need to install screen, sound, keyboard, bluetooth, mouse, eject button, etc. And on first boot, you get aero at full resolution! What could be better?

    Don't know.Thats why I asked

Well if you didnt update the firmware ( not the O/S ) guess that means MS put a driver in for the built-in iSight.

I've just installed the RTM version of Vista on my Macbook (I'm a member of MSDN !)...

The iSight is NOT working on the Macbook with Vista. At least it isn't working on mine.. It shows the iSight in Device Manager but that is all it does.

Everything else appears to have worked fine (Bluetooth/Wireless etc)..

The only problems I've found so far (only installed 10 minutes ago) is that iSight doesn't work and the Trackpad doesn't allow two finger scrolling or right click.

    Mark.

Oh, I never checked to use the iSight, but I know it shows up in Device Manager

All I have to say is, Very nice job microsoft, it may not do anything better but it sure as hell looks better. (BTW I got 3 BSoD yesterday :p ) But you can tell that a lot of it was ripped from OS X haha.
