    Aboslutely shameful. I hope that when Kerry's in office he denounces this "enemy combatant" ******** and proposes legislation to make sure it never happens again.

    You mean if... You are far more confident than I in the American people. I hope Kerry can change things if he is elected. This is such a mess we gotten ourselves into in an effort to avenge 9/11. It's going to take quite an effort to make a change for the better, a lot of hard work if you will. :p

    Things like this prove we are on the wrong path so far. Too bad more people don't see that.

    Haven't Bush/Cheney cited intelligence gained from Gitmo as preventing attacks? Or at least being responsible for raising the 'threat level'?
