Is it possible to encode videos with menus, bonus features, etc. with the video format Apple is now using for Movies and TV Shows??? Seems like it could be done and it would be really cool. Does anyone know if this is possible? Anyone think Apple will do this?

Quicktime is a pretty robust program. THey could do a lot of stuff with it if they wanted to.

I'm currently working on getting chapters put into "iTunes ready movies" that you pull from handbrake. I have it done and should have a tutorial posted this evening.

I can look into a bonus features menu but I'm not sure that would work with iTunes. At worst you could always tag the bonus features onto the end of the movie and make them chapters. You'd only hit them if you watched through the credits.

Seems to me like Quicktime/h.264 video files now days should be able to include menus, special features, etc. - just like a DVD. Geesh, it's 2006 already, not 1990
