I had quite a few problems with my screen (4 grey spots in the middle of the screen visible on white background, white line visible on dark background and 4 dead pixels). All of these developed in 3-4 months. I tried making an appointment at Apple Store (London, Regents Street), but every time I tried I got a message to try next day. In the end I decided to go with Micro Anvika. They took it in and told me it could take up to 2 weeks. OK. 2 weeks later I call them up and they tell me that they didn't even look at the machine yet and it might take 10 more days just for them to look at the screen and decide if they could replace it. So I took it back as it looked like it could take more than a month and this is my main machine. I was getting tired of using the old G4 powermac. That same day I took my MBP back I try to make an appointment with Apple again and it worked (exactly at midnight). Next day I took the machine in and they told it would be ready in 3-5 days, but they call me next day lunchtime and tell me that I can pick it up. One day!

The screen is beautiful! The colors are perfect. White is white. Black is black! The model is 9C60. Really happy with my screen now!

Congrats. My iMac screen has some issues, but it doesn't really bother me.On a particular shade of blue (you very rarely ever see it) I have one black pixel at the bottom of the screen. I have some slight burn in at the menu bar at the top of the screen, but it only shows up on a dead black surface. I'm ok with it.

Do you notice any grain with your new 09c60? The ones I saw in the Apple store the other day that were in newer models seemed less grainy than the same display in the older models. I wonder if there has been a change in the manufacturing process....?
