hello, i ordered an iMac on friday, and i would like to run steam and play half-life 2, CSS, and other mods with it. will crossover be able to do this? or will i be stuck using bootcamp?
If it will run with crossover, what kind of speed should i get compared to playing it with bootcamp?

    Thanks!:D

My roomate and I tried DOD:S on his MB using crossover. All we got was a black screen.

It seems to me bootcamp is the way to go for now

I play CS 1.6 on Steam through CrossOver and it crashed sometimes, but I relatively get a good hour or two on it before it might happen most the time. DOD unfortunately crashed frequently.........

For now I'd roll with bootcamp and windows. :(

hl2 is officially supported by crossover, so it should run very well, cs got a bronze rating (dunno what it means)
