So, anyone who signed up for the public beta of Halo 3 will be getting an email this week letting them know if they were chosen or not.

I WAS SELECTED!!! This spring I'll be playing Halo 3 multiplayer before most of the rest of the world. Woohoo!

Did anyone else here sign up, and if so, were you picked as one of the lucky few?

And the anyone who buys Crackdown next month get free entry to the Beta too.

I'm buying crackdown anyway, the demo on live is pretty cool.

I knew about the Crackdown thing, but I never win anything, and not having to spend money to play the beta is cool.

I found out yesterday and I'm still hyped. I can't wait!

We all can share in the love. Thank you M$ :)

Actually been playing crackdown for a couple of hours. It's alright, much like all the other similar style games. The leveling up is pretty cool and trying to get to the top of some impentirable tower is cool.

The cell shading works well, better than the very early screen shots looked, and the framerate is solid.

If I get an invite, great, if I don't, it just means I get to enjoy the anticipation of waiting even longer.
