I recently put in a new Hard Drive, - in bay 2. And for some reason, the table that my computer on is vibrating now. (and wasn't vibrating before I added the hard drive.) Do you think moving the drive from Bay 2 to Bay 3 would fix this problem and/or dusting my computer?

The bay itself should not cause any vibration. moving it do a different bay most likely will not fix anything. The nice with about the Mac Pro is the access. With the side off just put your hand one the drive and see if you notice the vibration. I am pretty sure it is the drive itself. Make sure that the screws are tight and the drive was place all the way in the drive.
