Has anyone else had a bad experience where they had to abuse AT&T about iPhone

    First let me say, AT&T has most of the time been great. No problems. Very helpful.

    My iPhone 5 doesn't get get optimal signal on LTE, and the first rep I talked to was VERY helpful.

    I had to talk to another rep to help with the sim

    AND

    When I asked, "Is there any chance y'all might put a tower in my area?"

    She said, "AT&T does not guarantee signal. Read your contract."

    I got SO mad. I started abusing. I even looked her up on Facebook.

    She should not have said that - control yourself. Hope your issue is fixed.

    abusing what? your wife? drugs? your kids?

    It's AT&T, so being inept is part of the job.
